We are living in an unprecedented time. No one knows what the future holds, but many predict a weakening economy in the near future. Many of us will have to make difficult decisions about new purchases and continuing the products and services we currently enjoy.
While we aren’t economists, we appreciate the words from a fellow alarm industry colleague, Victoria Ferro:

When in actuality, it’s MORE important to arm your alarm when you are home. All your possessions can be replaced. What can NOT be replaced is you or your family.”
If a customer calls to cancel their alarm service, because they are home during this time, or budgetary reasons, remind them of this gem. We can’t predict the desperate actions of people in these uncertain times of panic. My first call when we went into Shelter in Place was my monitoring station, to test my system.
We have so many worries these days, safety shouldn’t be one of them. Be a reassuring voice to your customers. Remain a relevant part of their lifestyle / budgetary choices.’
