Time change can be difficult.
Springing forward means losing an hour of sleep.
Falling back means gaining an hour of sleep, but still requires an adjustment of your schedule and internal clock.
If your alarm system touchpad displays the time, it may also mean service calls twice per year to correct the time displayed.
