The service that Guard Tronic uses to send SMS messages (text messages) to our customers will be undergoing an extensive upgrade beginning Sunday, July 14 and is expected to be down for approximately six hours, from midnight until 6am.
If you receive text message notifications about alarms or openings and closings signals, they will be queued until the maintenance is complete and will then be sent.
If you use email to SMS (example 4795551212@vtext.com) you should see no delay or troubles.
