Guard Tronic employees donate thousands of hours every year to industry, civic, and religious events and organizations.
This year, Jordon Brown was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Alma Police Focus Group. This civic organization sponsors several events throughout the year, but their primary focus is raising funds for the Shop with a Cop program. Over 75 children from Alma will get to spend approximately $100.00 each for Christmas gifts for themselves this year thanks to the work being done by the Alma Police Focus Group and the generosity of those that give money to their sponsored events.
The Alma Shop with a Cop began this morning and will continue through Wednesday afternoon. Volunteers will be close to the front door of the Alma Wal-Mart, if anyone would like to stop by and donate to this worthy cause.
