Our Fort Smith office got a new Regional Manager this past Friday. Kenzie Howell, a 7th grader at Bauxite Middle School, came to Fort Smith to job shadow our regular guy.
As the daughter of our central Arkansas manager, Rick Howell, Kenzie is familiar with the installation and service of electronic security systems. As the Fort Smith Regional Manager, she was responsible for the part of the process she doesn’t experience every day. She spent the day with the data entry and central station staff, learning how we collect and enter data into our central station automation and how we use that data to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
We are unsure if Kenzie will be willing to take over the company when she gets older but had a fun day with her in our office and hope she learned more about what her father does for a living and how all the different offices and departments work together.
