The new cannabis industry is regulated differently across the states where it is legal.  Arkansas has some of the most stringent standards when it comes to securing the facilities where the product is dispensed.  One of the licensed retailers in Fort Smith also received a license to grow product. The Fort Cannabis Company opened several weeks ago to sell product, but will soon begin work on its grow area.
