Some of our nation’s largest alarm companies and contract monitoring stations are now allowing their operators to work from home. Despite spending tens of thousands of dollars (to millions of dollars for the largest) to have their facilities meet UL 827, they are allowing their customers to be monitored from their employees’ apartments, condominiums and houses. Besides the usual barking dog or crying baby heard in the background of phone calls, we believe this could potentially create a breach in the security of your most sensitive data.
Guard Tronic’s customers continue to be monitored in our UL Listed central station in Fort Smith, AR. Operators must pass through our biometric fingerprint reader, into our man trap.  Once inside the man trap, our vault door must be opened from inside the central station.
