Update:
AlarmNet360 (browser and app) and Total Connect appear to have restored at approximately 12:40pm on Monday, March 14, 2022. We hope this means 100% of services are restored.

AlarmNet, a cellular service provided by Resideo (formerly Honeywell, formerly Ademco) experienced a service impairment on Sunday, March 13.
Guard Tronic provides three paths from Resideo’s clearinghouse in Syosset, New York. We host two of their IP receivers.  A tertiary path is provided phone line into our SurGard System III receiver.  Our last signal received on our IP receiver prior to the impairment was received at 5:52pm. The last signal on our phone line path was received at 6:56pm.
No signals were received for the next almost five hours.  The tertiary path started receiving signals at 11:38pm.  Our IP receivers finally came back on-line at 3:03am this morning.
We are still waiting for more information from Resideo’s tech team and will update this status when more information is received.  This impairment only affected Guard Tronic customer whose central station account number (may be different from the billing ID) begins with 93-96 and are former customers of other alarm companies (PSI, InfoMedia, Affordable Alarms, etc.).
