AlarmNet is a cellular / IP communicator from Resideo (formerly Honeywell, formerly Ademco). While Guard Tronic has installed very few of these products, we have purchased companies that use this service as a primary provider of the cellular and IP communicators. If your central station account number, which may be different than your billing account number, begins with 93-96, you have an AlarmNet communicator and may be affected.
We were informed last night (March 11, 2020) at approximately 8:30 pm that AlarmNet was having both cellular and IP communications issues from our customers’ homes and business to their clearinghouse as well as from their clearinghouse to our central station.  This is a nationwide issue and has nothing to do with the Coronavirus or any other national emergency. Guard Tronic is receiving many signals from many customers, but some signals are NOT making it to our central station.
AlarmNet is aware of the situation and their engineers are working on a resolution.
