During an alarm state, our keypad screens turn red. It remains red until the system is reset, providing a visual warning of potential danger to anyone entering the building.
Our central station doesn’t call everyone on the emergency call list. We call until we reach someone to meet the police department at the location of the alarm.  If you walk into your home or office and the keypad is glowing red, you’ll know to GET OUT!    Wait for the police to respond and clear the building.
A security system should warn anyone entering, not just the person who received a call from the monitoring center.
