Happy Biggest False Alarm Day of the Year (also known as Valentine’s Day)!
Valentine’s Day has more false alarms than any other day….and it isn’t even close.
People buy their loved ones Mylar balloons and leave them in front of motion detectors while they celebrate the evening with dining, dancing, or other away-from-home activities.  It is the middle of February, so the home’s heater turns on. Mylar balloons begin dancing in front of the home’s motion detectors.
FALSE ALARM
Remember to keep Mylar balloons and other items that can “wave” in front of motion detectors away from their detection pattern as you celebrate today.
