Guard Tronic, Inc, Arkansas’ oldest and largest alarm company, is looking for new team members to help us continue serving our 25,000+ customers in 24 states. We have an immediate need for full-time central station operators in Fort Smith.
Our UL Listed, FM Approved central station receives signals from all of our customers and begins the appropriate response to those signals.  It is the first point of contact for all of our clients.

- Great communicator, even when the client is under stress.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Work independently, but also able to work as a team.
- Clean background check. Each operator will be licensed through the Arkansas State Police and other licensing bodies.
- Understand basic computer commands, like copy and paste.
- Basic keyboard skills.
