Mark Birchler started Landmark Alarms after he retired as the police chief of Forrest City, AR.  He grew his company, which consisted primarily of residential and small commercial accounts, until he decided it was time to completely retire, so in 1997, he sold Landmark Alarms to Guard Tronic.
Guard Tronic has continued to serve our clients in Eastern Arkansas, and substantially grown the commercial account base. As our Forrest City office continues to grow and keep busy, we bring help from our Little Rock office to assist in the installation and service of our new larger clients.
