We met James Sasnett in January, 2011, when Guard Tronic began monitoring for his company, Affordable Alarms of Edmond. When his health started declining in 2015, we purchased his accounts. The letter from our company President to his fiercely loyal customers stated in part:
“Mr. Sasnett has agreed to allow us to begin servicing his accounts, as he scales back
somewhat. Please know that we realize what a high bar he has set as an alarm system
provider and we will strive to meet, and exceed the bar he has set.”
James Sasnett passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020.  He was previously diagnosed with Covid-19.
Mr. Sasnett was a great alarm guy. All of his customers bragged about how well he took care of them and we knew it would be hard to provide the level of service they were used to receiving.  He was also one of the kindest men we’ve ever met. I knew who I was speaking with as soon as I answered the phone, not only because of his distinct voice, but also the respect he showed each person with whom he spoke. He showed kindness to everyone.
Our prayers go out to his wife Suzanne, his daughter Kim, and all of those that knew and loved him.  Our world was a better place because Mr. Sasnett was in it.
