Guard Tronic complies with two voluntary standards for our central station and installations.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an annual audit of our central station and certificated systems (mostly jewelry stores).
Factory Mutual (FM Global, or FM) is an audit every three years of our central station.
Robert Deardorff, Engineer of Electrical Systems for FM, audited our central station today. He and Denise Black, Guard Tronic’s central station manager, pour over central station records in the photograph. We must record the testing an operation of all of our systems and personnel every month (some systems required hourly tests) and we are one of the few central stations that are both UL Listed and Factory Mutual Approved.
