Guard Tronic is excited to announce that we have agreed to acquire the alarm, camera, and access control divisions of Peripheral Systems, Inc. dba PSI Security, of Del City, OK. PSI Security will continue to service their gate and private storage clients. This makes our second acquisition in the greater Oklahoma City area in the last three years.
As a growing company, Guard Tronic, Inc. seeks to grow our business through the addition of our client base through key strategic acquisitions when they fit our cultural and strategic parameters. This acquisition is a strong example of that. PSI Security has been serving their clients since 1982 by providing the sales, installation, and service of the finest equipment by their dedicated staff.
For existing PSI Security clients, this addition means nothing new – we have been monitoring your system since PSI added you as a client. You will simply benefit from additional resources available to you through your relationship with your growing electronic security team.

Of course, for all clients, our first priority will be to maintain the strong client-service reputation that has differentiated Guard Tronic, Inc. for over 60 years. To that end, Guard Tronic will have an office in the existing PSI Security facility in Del City. Sales, installation, and service will continue to come from the same office and from the same team members you have always known.
